The farms of Dehesa Casablanca cover the lands of Ciudad Rodrigo. Hectares of wild flora and fauna so that our Iberian pigs are raised in freedom. In the Golden Mile of the acorn, our professionals put the technique at the service of nature, with methods that facilitate the access of animals to food and controlling every phase of the process.
Mothers stop in conditioned halls, supervised at all times by a veterinary team. Using the latest control technologies and ensuring hygiene at all times, our professionals ensure that the pups do not miss anything during their growth.
Tanned after a long career in the care of the Iberian pig, the technicians of Dehesa Casablanca verify that each phase of the process complies with the necessary conditions of health and quality, as well as ensuring the correct feeding of the animals.
In our farms the acorn abounds, being the only food of the Iberian pigs while the montanera stage lasts. Thanks to this, we do not need to overfeed the animals.
The facilities of Dehesa Casablanca in the Montalvo II polygon are a prodigy of modernity, backed by the EEC seal, which certifies compliance with all quality and excellence requirements.
To ensure that the pieces have the right temperature at each stage of the healing process, our cameras have large refrigeration panels lining the walls, while they are monitored by specialized technicians.
In addition, we have a natural dryer where, at room temperature, the pieces obtain nuances and textures that are already a hallmark of the house.
Artisans of the Iberian, experts in the noble profession of healing ham, are responsible for respecting the times, controlling cleanliness and offering the finish that characterizes the hams and sausages of Dehesa Casablanca.
